These terms and conditions apply to the use of the SR66 website and by accessing it and/or placing an order you agree to be obligated to follow the terms and conditions listed below. If you don’t agree with these terms and conditions you may wish not to use or access our website. Before you place an order if you have any questions about these terms and conditions be sure to contact us via our contact for support.
Definitions
Conditions – means these terms and conditions enlisted within this site.
Online sales – means sales done via this website or by our social media profiles, email.
Product – means a product displayed for sale on our website and/or social media profiles.
Product description – means that part of our website, where certain terms and conditions alongside a description of an individual product are provided.

We provide you with access to the Website and the Online Sales in accordance with the following conditions.
Registration
You warrant that: the User Information which you are required to provide when you register as a User is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects and you agree to notify us immediately of any changes to the User Information by logging in and updating the details held on our Website or by contacting us by email at office@sr66design.com or by phone. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. We will never sell any of your data or pass your details to any 3rd parties other than those required to process your order (such as Payment services/Courier postal services).
Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend us, and our employees, agents, and suppliers, harmless from against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your User Information.
Our rights
We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Purchase of products
All of our body kits are made especially per order for the specific user. The specific product is placed into our production queue after the order has been processed and the buyer’s money has been booked on our accounts. Usually, we need 3-4 weeks in order to produce the ordered product. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. Each Product purchased, be it new or used, is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional specific terms and conditions related to that Product including, without limitation terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and warranty. All details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted.
Although we aim to keep the Website as up-to-date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted and payment has been authorized. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any order that has been placed against an incorrectly priced product and provide a full refund. Regular checks are carried out to reduce the possibility of such errors.
Description and Price Of Products
The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus Shipping Charges. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail. Payment can be made only by wire transfer (traditional bank transfer) or through Stripe payments. Payment has to be booked on our accounts in order to start the body kit’s production. Additional costs (ie. customs, additional taxes, and handling fees in the buyer’s country) may apply and those are always on the buyer’s side. The buyer pays SR66 only for the body kit itself and base shipping costs (transport to the destination country/region chosen by the buyer). The buyer is obliged to cover all additional costs on his own, in accordance with applicable laws.
Shipping quotes via shop
All of the quotes provided through our website by “ask for a shipping quote” are calculated in the following scenarios:
- D2D in Europe (with use of Rohlig/SUUS Logistics, DPD, DHL or similar)
D2D worldwide (for small items like ie. spoilers, canards, and similar)
- Delivery to closest seaport/airport/terminal (for countries outside EU when inquiring about dimensional-large items like bumpers, hoods (bonnets), or entire body kits).
- For bulk orders – please contact us directly in order to discuss the shipping details.
Due to the fact, that we’re an international company and ship worldwide, all prices shown on our website are net prices (excl. VAT). If the buyer is from Europe, a valid EU VAT ID number is required in order to maintain the net price. Export price (outside European Union) is equal to the net price.
Homologation and public road usage
The sets we produce don’t have any traffic permits or special road approvals. Some countries (e.g. Germany or Austria) require additional documents authorizing the use of aftermarket parts on public roads. We are not responsible for the use of products without approval on public roads.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to the beginning of the production date for purchased items or up until such time as we place the order with our suppliers for items on special order. We recommend well-thought shopping.
General Intellectual Property And Right To Use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website are made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
